Located on the beautiful San Joaquin River, the Turtle Beach Fish Camp is a
perfect spot to spend the weekend fishing for sport or relaxing in your
favorite camping chair. If you are passing through on a journey north or south
through California, you will find this limited service campground a quiet
respite from the rigors of Interstate 5. While you are staying with us, you can
take advantage of local attractions in nearby Manteca, Modesto or Stockton.

Existing Resort rules apply. Check-in anytime before 9 p.m. Ranger station
closes at 10 p.m. If you are going to be late, contact ranger station and leave
Reservations required and may be made up to 90 days in advance through RPI's
Central Reservations Office. No reservations accepted during major holiday
weekends. Drive-ups, drop-ins not accepted. $32 no show fee unless reservation
is canceled within 48 hours in advance of arrival.
From Sacramento, south on I-5 for 60 miles, then take Hwy 120 east toward
Manteca/Sonora. After 3 miles, take the Airport Way exit and turn right. Turn
right on Woodward Ave. After 2 1/2 miles, Woodward Ave becomes Williamson
Rd. The campground is at the end of the road.
From Fresno, go west on Hwy 180. Merge onto Hwy 99 north and drive 107 miles.
Take Hwy 120 west toward Manteca/San Francisco. After 4 miles, take the Airport
Way exit and turn left. Turn right on Woodward Ave. After 2 1/2 miles,
Woodward Ave becomes Williamson Rd. The campground is at the end of the road.
