Emerald Cove Resort boasts the longest improved beach on the entire length of
the Colorado River. Over one mile of pure sandy shoreline and palm tree
studded campsites make your stay at the Resort truly memorable. Fishing,
waterskiing, rock-hounding or just lounging around the large covered pool
makes your vacation just the way you want it to be. Numerous planned
activities plus area wide spectator events. Boat shows, RV shows, London
Bridge, and Quartzsite Gem Show offer an incredible amount of variety beyond
the boundaries of Emerald Cove. The main rule to keep in mind when visiting
this resort is that there is no stress allowed. Elevation: 400 ft.

Existing resort rules apply. No off-road vehicles. Quiet time between 10
p.m. and 6 a.m. Must have at least 7 days between visits to any CRA park. Peak
season is December - March. During peak season, CRA limits members to two
reservations in their system at a time. To allow more members an opportunity to
make reservations, travel must be completed on the first reservation before a
second reservation is accepted. This is due to the popularity of their resorts
during peak season. Monthly stay discount available.
Reservations required between September 1 - April 30 and may be made up to
60 days in advance through RPI's Central Reservations Office. Drive-ups
not accepted during this period. Holidays and holiday weekends are reserved
for CRA members only.
From I-40, go south on 95 to Parker. Turn right on California Ave. Proceed 1
mile, cross the bridge & turn right at Highway 62. Continue 6.5 miles. Emerald
Cove is on the right.
From Los Angeles, take I-10 East to Desert Center (Hwy. 177).
Continue north on 177 until it becomes Hwy. 62. Remain on 62 and pass the Parker
turnoff, staying on the California side of the river. Go 6.5 miles to Emerald
at site and dump stations
